30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your first order, we'll give you a full refund - no questions asked.
First Order Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying VidaVitamins. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If our vitamins aren't right for you, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for the first-order guarantee:
- Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date
- This is your first order with VidaVitamins
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
Subscription Refunds
For recurring subscription orders beyond your first month:
- Orders can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of your billing date
- Once your order has shipped, we cannot process a refund for that month
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive defective products, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR
- Process a full refund for the affected items
Please include photos of the damaged items when contacting our support team.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order (wrong items or missing items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the error by sending the correct items at no additional charge.
How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
- Photos (if applicable for damaged items)
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products returned after 30 days (first order) or 7 days (recurring orders)
- Products that have been opened or used (except for first-order guarantee)
- Shipping costs (unless the error was on our part)
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Canceling your subscription will stop future orders but does not automatically trigger a refund for past orders.
