Due to health, safety, and FDA regulations, all VidaVitamins supplements are final sale. We do not accept returns for opened or unopened supplements, and we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, taste, effectiveness, or personal reactions.
When We Can Help
Refunds or reshipments are only issued if:
- Damaged in transit: Your order arrived damaged.
- Incorrect fulfillment: You received the wrong items or something was missing due to our error.
To qualify, you must contact support@vidavitamins.co within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence. If approved, resolution is store credit or a free replacement only—no cash refunds.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed without first contacting support will be disputed. Please reach out to us so we can work with you.
Subscriptions
Subscription changes and cancellations are effective for future orders only. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date.
